General Return Policy

At Cellies Curls, we aim to provide you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you find that your purchase isn't meeting your expectations, our return policy is designed to assist you. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines for returns:

Return Requests and Eligibility

You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order, except for customized or personalized items. To start the process, please contact us at info@celliescurls.com with your order number and specify whether you're seeking a refund or an exchange.

Product Condition

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging and attached tags intact. If an item has a hygiene seal, please refrain from breaking it during inspection. Items that have been excessively handled, washed, installed, chemically processed, dyed, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping and Fees

When sending back an item, make sure to include the invoice. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for the costs associated with returning the item(s). For added security, we recommend using tracked shipping and obtaining proof of receipt.

Exchanges

Depending on stock availability, we may facilitate exchanges. Keep in mind that shipping charges might apply for exchange orders.

Refunds and Processing

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will assess its condition and process refunds within 14 days. Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

Earrings and Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings. Accessories and Hair products, on the other hand, are eligible for returns within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged Items

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 72 hours by emailing info@celliescurls.com. Defective items due to manufacturing defects can be exchanged or refunded.

Before Returning Your Order

Hair Extensions

To be eligible for a return, your hair extension product must meet the following criteria:

  • Have the original Cellies Curls tag attached and be in good/saleable condition.
  • Retain any original packaging, including plastic zip ties, ribbon banding, and elastic banding, in a presentable condition.
  • Not be altered in any way, such as brushed out, cut, colored, or bleached.
  • Not show signs of being worn.
  • Be returned within Cellies Curls bag (if applicable).

If your return does not meet these eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed with a 25% deduction to cover administrative and labor costs.

Cosmetics

To be eligible for a return, your cosmetic product must meet the following criteria:

  • Not be opened, used, or have a broken protective seal.

If your return does not meet these eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed with a 25% deduction to cover administrative and labor costs.

Merch/Accessories

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise or accessory product must meet the following criteria:

  • For clothing/scarves, still have the original Cellies Curls clothing tabs attached.
  • Not be altered in any way, including stains, stretching, ripping, fading, or cracking.
  • Not have been worn.

If your return does not meet these eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed with a 25% deduction to cover administrative and labor costs.

Received a Free Gift?

If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase, please take note:

  • To receive a full refund, return the free gift along with your order.
  • If you opt to keep the free gift while returning the rest of your order, a partial refund will be processed, deducting the retail cost of the gift.
