We want every Cellies Curls order to feel intentional from delivery through to wear. If something isn't right, our support team is here to help with returns, exchanges and order concerns.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, all returned hair products must remain unused, unworn and in their original packaging.

To qualify for a return, products must remain unused, unworn, in original packaging and in the same condition they were received.

To request a return, please contact info@celliescurls.com with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us immediately so our team can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For a faster exchange process, we recommend placing a new order once your return request has been approved.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

International return delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

We do not accept returns on used hair products, custom items or products altered after delivery.
