We strive to have your order delivered within 3-5 working days after payment processing. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number, which can be used to track your order via Royal Mail. However, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to customs, local carrier transfers, transportation strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • USA, Canada, Mexico: £10 Standard Shipping (6-10 business days)
    • Europe: £10 Standard Shipping (3-6 business days)

Custom Charges

If your order is being shipped outside of the United Kingdom and United States, please note that customs charges may apply based on your location. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees, as they're not included in our product prices or shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay customs charges may result in your package being returned to us.

Checking Order Status

We'll keep you informed via email about your order's status. As soon as your order ships, we'll provide you with the tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress and anticipate its arrival. Please be prepared to sign for your order upon delivery, and keep track of local post offices or depots in case you're not available during delivery.
