To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at info@celliescurls.co.uk If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note that you'll need to cover the shipping cost of the return.
Wrong, Broken, or Missing Items:
If you've received the wrong products, broken items, or if something is missing from your order, we'll cover the costs of the new shipment. If you wish to return products due to your own mistake, you'll be responsible for the cost of returning them to our warehouse.
